After successful registration and set-up of your NRS Microsoft Teams account, and If you are ready to make a Video Relay call, open Microsoft Teams and go to Chat, you will see NRS VIDEO RELAY, as circled in red here. When you log into your new NRS Teams account, the Teams BOT will already be loaded on your profile.
