Are you 12–20? Help shape the future of communication support

Overview:

The National Relay Service (NRS) is improving, and we want to learn how young people communicate every day.

Concentrix, on behalf of the NRS, is inviting people aged 12 to 20 to join a 90-minute online workshop.

Why join?

  • Share how you communicate
  • Tell us what works well and what is hard
  • Help improve communication support for young people

What we’ll talk about:

  • How you communicate with friends, family, school, or services
  • When communication is easy or difficult
  • What you would like from communication tools in the future

Who can join?

  • You are 12 to 20 years old.
  • You are Deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech  difficulty
  • You may or may not have used the NRS.

Reward: $100 digital gift card
Accessibility: Auslan interpreters and live captions will be available
