Using Video Relay Service (VRS) on Microsoft Teams can help you to make and receive telephone calls in Auslan through the National Relay Service (NRS) for free.

If you are new to using Teams, or would like some help getting started, our friendly Helpdesk team is here to support you. They can answer your questions, guide you through the steps, and help you practise using the service.

Helpdesk is open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6pm (AEST). If you are outside these hours you can leave a message and a Helpdesk staff member will get back to you to work through your query.

Information on how to contact the Helpdesk is available here: https://www.accesshub.gov.au/about-the-nrs/nrs-helpdesk

Currently Video Relay call hours are available:
