Upcoming NRS Web Portal Contact Helpdesk Page Update

On 5 February 2026, the National Relay Service (NRS) will update its 'Contact Helpdesk' page. Based on your feedback, we made these changes to help you:

• Use the Helpdesk page more easily
• Watch a simple Auslan video to see how the page works
• Share your feedback in English or Auslan
• Find more ways to contact us
• Access and use our services more easily
