The National Relay Service (NRS) will enhance its web portal on 10 September 2025. These changes are based on User feedback and are aimed at making it easier for Users to navigate the NRS website and use the service.
What's Changing:
- The NRS web portal homepage will be updated with a welcome banner, an easy login process, and a video guide to help you reset your password.
- There will be quick links to the Access Hub for the latest news, how-to guides, and other important information about the NRS.
- Users will now have a single login to access both NRS Chat and Caption services.
- After logging in, you will find a video guide and quick link to the Access Hub, designed to assist you in using the NRS Chat and Caption services.
