We want to share some important news about Video Relay and the National Relay Service.
In late 2026, in addition to the expansion of Video Relay service hours, we will transition from using Microsoft Teams to a new platform that will help support video relay better.
What We Did:
We worked with the government and the community to find the best platform for video relay.
We tested the new platform with community members to make sure it meets their needs.
Why This is Important:
We know that this service is very important for Australians who are d/Deaf.

To make this change easier for everyone, we will provide:

- Training materials to help you learn how to use it.
- We will share more information in the coming months to help everyone transition smoothly.
