Video Relay calling to move from Microsoft Teams to a New Video Relay Platform

The National Relay Service (NRS) would like to let you know that Video Relay calling will be available through the New Video Relay Platform starting 16th November 2026, across the updated service open hours, and it will continue to be free for Users after this change.

You can still use Video Relay Service on Microsoft Teams until this change happens. We will share more information soon on when you can start to prepare for the change.
