The National Relay Service (NRS) will be asking for feedback from NRS users between 26 May and 29 June 2025. If you use the service during this period, you may receive an invitation via email or letter to participate in a short survey.
By participating in the survey, you will provide the NRS with valuable feedback to help enhance its services. This survey includes questions about the latest improvements released on April 9, 2025. Previous surveys have resulted in enhancements like improved chat and captioning, Auslan Video Relay availability on Saturdays, new features for the NRS Mobile App, and better accessibility and customisation for NRS Chat and Captions.
