The National Relay Service (NRS) will be asking for feedback from NRS users between 17th November and 21st December 2025. If you use the service during this period, you may receive an invitation via email or letter to participate in a short survey.

By participating in the survey, you will provide the NRS with valuable feedback to help enhance its services. This survey includes question on the latest NRS web portal update released on 10th September 2025.   • Improved chat and captioning services
  • Auslan Video Relay availability on Saturdays
  • New features for the NRS Mobile App
