The National Relay Service (NRS) will be asking for feedback from users between 4th May 2026 and 7th June 2026. If the service is used during this time, an invitation may arrive by email or letter to take part in a short survey.
By joining the survey, users provide the NRS with helpful information to make the service better. This latest survey includes questions about the NRS 'Contact Helpdesk' page changes released on 5th February 2026. Past surveys have led to changes such as:
- Updates to the NRS Web Portal to make it easier to find news, use the site more easily, and improve accessibility for everyone.
- New features and customisation options for the NRS Mobile App, Chat, and Captions.
- Auslan Video Relay availability on Saturdays to provide more support over the weekend.
